Who we're talking to

Swishlab, across Norwest and beyond.

Term-based basketball training for athletes aged 6–16, run at a 1:8 coaching ratio by accredited coaches. Small classes, 60-minute sessions, and a re-enrolment rate most academies would take twice over.

245+

Athletes currently enrolled across the program

16

Accredited coaches, all WWCC and first-aid cleared

4

Venues — Rouse Hill is your own court; three are hired

95%

Re-enrolment term on term

All of it is currently coordinated through a website booking widget, a spreadsheet and a phone. That worked at 40 athletes. It is the constraint at 245.

CourtPass01
The problem

A booking widget sells a session.
It can't run an academy.

CourtPass02
The solution

CourtPass is built for basketball academies.

One platform for term enrolment, multi-venue scheduling, roll call, family accounts, payments and parent comms — and, at Rouse Hill, the court access a hired venue can never give you.

Terms & enrolment

Terms, waitlists, pro-rata joins, make-up credits and one-tap re-enrolment.

Multi-venue schedule

Four venues, one calendar. Coach rosters and capacity per court, hired or owned.

Families & roll call

One parent account, every child. Coaches mark the roll on a phone, courtside.

Court access

At Rouse Hill, a booking can unlock the door, light the court and log the entry.

CourtPass03
The core of it

The term is the unit —
so we built the software around it.

Set the term once

8, 9 or 10 weeks per site depending on court availability and public holidays. Price follows the length — no manual maths per venue.

Make-ups and switches

A family books a make-up only into a class that genuinely has space, in their child's age band. Credits expire with the term.

Re-enrolment as a campaign

Two weeks out, every family gets their child's spot held with one tap. You watch the funnel fill instead of chasing it.

Mid-term joins are pro-rated automatically. The 1:8 ratio is a hard cap the system enforces — a class cannot be over-sold, and the next family goes on a waitlist that notifies itself.

CourtPass04
Four venues, one schedule

One court you control.
Three you hire. One calendar.

Hired

The three hired sites are governed by someone else's hire window — CourtPass models each one, so a term that's 8 weeks at Rhodes and 10 at Rouse Hill is configuration, not a spreadsheet. Rouse Hill is the one where the window is yours to set, and that changes what the platform can do for you there.

CourtPass05
For your families

A parent app with Swishlab's name on it.

  • Enrol for the term in under a minute, on a phone
  • Apply an Active Kids voucher at checkout — no email, no manual credit
  • Book a make-up into a class that actually has room
  • Both kids, both venues in one family account
  • Coach notes and reminders push straight to the parent

For you and your coaches

Roll call courtside. Compliance that chases itself.

  • Roll call on a phone — coach marks attendance at the venue; parents see it same day
  • Clearance tracking — WWCC and first-aid expiry per coach, flagged 60 days out
  • Coach rosters per venue — who's on which court, and the 1:8 ratio enforced
  • Cohort comms — message one class, one venue, or every U10 parent
  • Re-enrolment and demand — which venues to add classes at, backed by the waitlist

Money in, cleanly

Term fees, vouchers and the ones that fail.

Active Kids vouchers

Parents enter the voucher at checkout. It's validated, applied against the term fee and recorded against the child — not reconciled by hand later.

One family, one invoice

Two children at two venues bill as a single term charge, with sibling pricing applied automatically if you choose to run it.

Failed payments recover themselves

Automatic retry, parent notified in-app, and a short list of the ones that genuinely need you. Refund policy stays yours.

Payments run through Stripe on your own account — CourtPass never holds the money, and every term fee, voucher and refund lands in one ledger you can export.

Why us, why now

Built for exactly this, in your own catchment.

Rouse Hill

We build and run this exact access stack on single-court sites in your own council area — the room is right for it, and the install is measured in days.

1 platform

Enrolment, scheduling, attendance, payments and comms, instead of a booking widget plus a spreadsheet plus a message thread.

Weeks, not terms

Live before the next term opens, with your families migrated and the app co-branded to Swishlab.

Rouse Hill

The one court where a booking
can open a door.

Rouse Hill is yours, and the building is ready for it — a single court, one controlled entry, power and network where they need to be. This is a clean install on a site that suits it, not a construction project.

A booking is the key

Entry granted only for the booked court and time window, then revoked automatically. Every entry logged against a name.

Lighting and cameras follow

Lights come up for the session and go down after it. Snapshots on entry. One integrated stack, not three vendors.

Casual hire, unmanned

Sell 6am and 9pm court hire with nobody there to open up — hours that currently earn nothing at all.

This is the part a booking widget cannot reach at any price, and it only pays off at a court you control. Rouse Hill is that court — the three hired sites keep running on enrolment, scheduling and roll call exactly as they do today.
